Growth of production and receipts continued from the establishment of the joint stock company Český porcelán; this required some necessary investments in modern production equipment. Two sharp furnaces were the biggest investments. One furnace serves for chamber firing of onion patterns and the other for sharp firing of white goods. The overall technical and quantitative growth of demand brought about the need to buy a new decoration furnace that can fire decorating on glaze and that uses in-fusing technology, thus fire into glaze. Other modern machines include pressing equipment for plates and saucers, pressure casting and new lines for the production of cups and mugs.
